Return Period

Products may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions

Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

• Be unused.
• Be in their original packaging.
• Include all original accessories.
• Be in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used.
• The product has been damaged after delivery.
• The original packaging is missing.
• The return request is submitted after 14 days.
• The product has been modified or repaired by the customer or a third party.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting photos may be requested to help us review your claim.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective product.
